Talent Manager - Brand Ambassadors 

The Why

Our client is a national brand talent recruitment specialist for experiential marketing activations, sampling events and in-store demonstrations. They  were founded on the belief that talent should be an extension of a brands unique look and tone of voice.

To maximise every consumer and shopper engagement, they partner brands and talent by aligning every brands unique personality & aesthetic to individual ambassador profiles.

In the last year this agency has payrolled over 600 part-time staff and its now time for someone to join the team and focus wholeheartedly on talent recruitment of casual brand ambassadors annually.

The What

  • As the Talent Manager you are in charge of recruiting  talent on an on-going basis to meet demands

  • You'll be finding the best brand ambassadors in the industry to work on experiential and sampling campaigns for some of the biggest household names.

  • Manage relationships with Tafes, Universities and Education providers

  • You will need to manage the end to end recruitment process from attraction, review, interview and offer

  • Manage group interview days in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The role will include interstate travel 1 day per week (ie: alternating between Melb and Bris each week for group interviews).

The How

  • 3yrs + experience in recruitment

  • Strong communication skills; attention to detail and highly systematic with processes

  • Sound organisational skills with effective workload prioritization skills.

  • Developed ability to use initiative coupled with strong interpersonal skills.

  • High level of emotional intelligence paired with empathy.

Flexible Working: Part-time 4 days a week or Full-time
