Talent Coordinator - Brand Ambassadors 

The Why

Our client is a national brand talent recruitment specialist for experiential marketing activations, sampling events and in-store demonstrations. They  were founded on the belief that talent should be an extension of a brands unique look and tone of voice.

To maximise every consumer and shopper engagement, they partner brands and talent by aligning every brands unique personality & aesthetic to individual ambassador profiles.

In the last year this agency has payrolled over 600 part-time staff and its now time for someone to join the team and focus wholeheartedly on talent recruitment of casual brand ambassadors annually.

The What

Providing a high level of administrative support to the Talent Team including processes, systems and documentation

  • Providing support in the recruitment process including liaising with candidates and coordinating interviews

  • Assist with onboarding of new Brand Ambassadors

  • Being first point of contact for our Brand Ambassadors handling queries and providing support

  • Building and maintaining relationships with the Brand Ambassadors

  • Managing regular communications with Brand Ambassadors & maintaining database information

  • Contacting ambassadors weekly to follow up on any reporting issues each week (compliance)

The How

  • Must have a car and valid driver’s licence

  • At least 1 year of experience within a administrative support role or HR / Recruitment

  • Exceptional phone manner and strong communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task like an expert and unphased by having to drop everything for an urgent task

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Superb attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment

Working Hours:

Monday & Tuesday (8:30am – 5:30pm); and later office hours from Wednesday – Friday (10am – 7pm).

All employees rotate the on-call phone during weekends. On average, you will be on-call 1 weekend a month. On-call means you will need to be answering phones to support ambassadors throughout the weekend, and have access to your computer during this period. The on-call roster is released at the beginning of each month.
