The What

You will be responsible for creating and executing Social Media campaigns, content and growth strategies across over 20 brands with the assistance of a dedicated team of marketers and designers. You will be an expert on everything Social Media, and up to date with the latest digital technologies, social media trends and best practices.

  • Strategy – Implementation of strategies (including tracking and analysis) to maximise reach across digital engagement, search and web

  • Team Management – The ability to motivate, nurture and lead an amazing team.

  • Content Development – Leading the creation of engaging, valuable written and visual content such as product photography and video content

  • Community Management – Develop community management plans and guidelines, and actively engage in social media conversations, respond to comments and messages in an engaging, creative and consistent tone of voice, and broaden reach by tapping into relevant external conversations

  • Client Branding – Provide direction across design and creative with the assistance of the account managers and design team

  • Reporting – Track and report on the success of audience engagement

  • Self-Driven – A hunger to stay in front of the game on all the newest strategies and hacks for getting the most out of your client’s accounts 

The How

A minimum of 3 years ‘hands-on’ experience within the social media management experience within an agency environment, working across multiple accounts

  • Proven experience managing and growing social media pages as well as scheduling and reporting tools – we will ask to see examples of your work at your interview

  • A deep understanding of Social Media and content platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Twitter and Blogging

  • The confidence and creativity to explore new ideas and experiment with new strategies and campaigns

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – The ability to work collaboratively with our team of account managers and graphic designers

  • Strong writing skills – the ability to utilise flawless grammar, execute appropriate tone of voice and create engaging, valuable content for clients across a variety of industries  

  • A strong eye for detail and design, with client branding in mind
