Our client are a Digital Marketing Agency with offices in Wellington and Auckland. They believe the advertising industry needs some serious work, which is why they exist – to fix it. Their team are approachable, collaborative and results-focussed and they’re very excited to be growing the Client Service team.
The agency like to think of themselves as Result Driven Marketers. They create a suite of tactics to target all digital areas in ways that resonate with their customers (Digital Advertising Strategy, Search Strategy, Performance (SEM, Display and SEO), Customer Experience)
This is a critical role, To be truly exceptional, you must have amazing ears. As listening is the most important part of this role. You will hear things that others don’t and then take those ‘nuggets’ back to HQ to build strategies to take clients to places they never knew existed.
You will be managing the day-to-day relationships with some of the agencies key clients. They like to think of their Client Service team as the glue between the clients and delivery team; everyone needs to be aligned so they can all smash goals and deliver maximum value to their clients.

Ensuring they’re always on track to execute the agreed digital performance strategy
Fostering excellent relationships with your clients
Ensuring they’re all living the agency dream and their clients are receiving the best possible service
Working with the delivery team to uncover and test new opportunities to supercharge our clients’ strategy
An ability to quickly build strong, trust-based relationships
3+ years’ experience in Account or Project Management within the Media or Digital landscape
A willingness to challenge, negotiate & wrangle your colleagues & clients, always striving to do the best thing possible Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
