Group Account Director - Integrated
12 Month Contract
Exciting position for a Group Account Director to join a leading Advertising Agency in Sydney on a 12 Month contract. As a Group Account Director, you will play a key role in partnering with clients to help deliver plans from strategic concept development and inception through to implementation. You will be act as a face of the agency, working as part of a cross-functional team, leveraging your tactical experience to help ensure quality campaigns are delivered.
You will be someone who provides leadership, can deliver a clear strategic direction on projects assigned and is responsible for revenue growth, as well as establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
As part of the leadership on accounts, you will be expected to present and gain acceptance of work within agreed time frames with clients. Management and development of staff is also an important part in this role.
Another key responsibility is to create and foster an environment where your teams are empowered to produce great work.
