The Why

This data driven media planning and buying agency work with some of the world’s biggest players in the Technology sector. Several recent new business wins have sparked the hunt for new talent. Their clients are sophisticated and have interesting challenges that require creative thinking, that extends far beyond media reach and frequency.

Together we’re looking for a Digital Account Director. Someone looking the opportunity to work strategically at an APAC level while mentoring and supporting a team of switched-on media professionals

The What

  • Leading the digital team with day to day management and professional development planning.

  • Growing the digital competency in the agency beyond the digital team

  • Working with the Head of Client Services and Business Director on tier 1 client briefs as well as client pitches.

  • Working with the Data and Insights Manager to deliver best in class performance analytics which align to client’s core business objectives.

  • Working with the Programmatic Trader to ensure sound buying strategies and maximises value for clients.

  • Liaising with regional Digital leads on global accounts.

  • Researching the market and working with the Head of Client Services to cultivate supplier partnerships and deliver innovative solutions to clients through media firsts.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to meet both client’s business and campaign objectives.

  • Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to continually improve results.

  • Maintain relationship with key strategic partners (client side and Agency side).

The How

  • 6+ years’ experience working across multiple media clients (technology/B2B client knowledge preferred)

  • Be a digital native. You’ll need to have experience working in the trenches.

  • Be a builder. You’ll be tasked with growing the digital offering and competencies amongst the agency.  

  • Have broad experience across programmatic, social and search marketing.

  • Be an innovator. You’re familiar with the AdTech/Martech landscape and make recommendations to your clients on new technology.

  • You will have the ability to analyse a client’s business issues and obtain their trust in helping with them. You will be able to suggest strategic and tactical solutions to reaching their objectives.

  • You should be abreast of industry and marketplace trends and have the ability to educate and discuss with external peers.

  • You will be robust in your recommendations when you know what’s right, yet not be afraid to try new things. You will enjoy helping clients get the most from their media campaigns.

  • You will have experience in managing a team and being responsible for their development and ensuring they love showing up to work each day.
