This media agency work with some of the world’s biggest brands. Several recent new business wins have sparked the hunt for new talent. Their clients are sophisticated and have interesting challenges that require creative thinking, that extends far beyond media reach and frequency.
Together we’re looking for an Account Manager looking to develop their career by joining an awesome team of switched-on media professionals, working on big brands with interesting challenges and sophisticated marketers.
As the Account Manager you will work alongside the Account Director to deliver, plan and implement campaigns for your clients using all media channels. The Account Manager will also be responsible for day to day account management providing key campaign planning and insights recommendations as well as the training and development of junior team members.
Manage and develop relationships with your client and media owners
Review campaign performance and market opportunities
Ensure the media strategy is translated into detailed plans
Implement media plans throughout their delivery
Management of the campaign reporting
Responsible for training and development of the junior team members
3+ years’ experience in a media agency role with strong planning skills
Be organised and work with clients to manage competing priorities.
Be detail orientated. You’ll be working across big clients with complex campaign set ups.
Be a problem solver. You’ll encounter numerous challenges in the role that will require an entrepreneurial approach. Easy answers to complicated briefs won’t often present themselves. Resources and time may be limited.
You need to understand it all: online, offline, broadcast, narrowcast, brand, direct and lead gen. You should understand how it all can be integrated and be looking to bring superior ideas/solutions to client briefs
Implementation planning capabilities and a good understanding of media fundamentals
Exceptional client facing communication & presentation skills
