Account Director - Integrated
We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join our highly-awarded, super awesome agency client. Working on some big clients, you will be responsible for championing brilliant and innovative ideas and implementing effective campaign outcomes. We are looking for for a passionate individual who has their eye set on becoming a GAD/ CSD.
You will be required to develop excellent relationships with clients within marketing teams from junior-to-senior-level. This will be a genuine partnership founded on the consistent delivery of work on behalf of the agency and founded on your developing a sound understanding of the client business. You'll be the trusted adviser they call on when they have a question or concern, living and breathing the brand at all times.
You are responsible for the financial performance of your accounts and in particular preparing and meeting monthly revenue forecasts
And finally, it's a role that is all about "the work" - the quality, innovation and effectiveness of the strategic and creative product the agency delivers. You'll understand the importance of this and be passionate about making the contribution you can to ensure the work is great.
At least 1-year experience as an Account Director in an integrated agency
A solid grasp on all things digital
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to work and manage multiple projects autonomously from brief to completion
Experience creating master timing plans cost estimates and controlling the production process’ financially in order to improve cost efficiencies and profitability
Ability to contribute an inform a balanced evaluation of creative work; ensuring it is of the highest standard possible, on brand, on brief and on budget
